REAL Primary Care is One Medical's annual continuing medical education conference, combining cutting-edge clinical updates with practical care delivery innovations. REAL focuses on enhancing patient experiences, advancing virtual care, strengthening clinical expertise, fostering peer connections and advocating for healthcare transformation.

Our Clinical Learning team provides a variety of educational programs and opportunities to support clinician learning, leadership development, and professional growth. We work to foster the meaningful connections that occur when we learn from each other –the same connections that are at the core of what makes great primary care.
Clinical Rounds
One Medical hosts weekly one-hour learning sessions focused on key topics in primary care. Learning is a social endeavor, so we provide dedicated time each week to come together and learn from each other while embracing evidence-based practice changes.
Clinical Expertise and Guidance at One Medical
One Medical's clinical excellence is driven by our Domain Working Groups and Medical Advisory Council. Seven Domain Working Groups serve as centers of knowledge in specific clinical areas such as health equity, mental health, geriatrics and pediatrics. Together with our Medical Advisory Council, these clinician-led groups are responsible for developing clinical guidelines and protocols, as well as creating and presenting content for clinical rounds. Along with our Clinical Effectiveness team and our Clinical Learning team, these structures ensure that One Medical delivers comprehensive, up-to-date, and high-quality healthcare across various specialties.
